Jade for iPhone and iPod touch

You can now use Jade on your iPhone or iPod touch! The application can be found here. As you can see in the screenshot the UI is quite simple. Pick up a picture, choose the intensity of the filter, compare the original and the enhanced version by tapping the screen and then save the result. The launch price is 4.99$ (3.99€)!

Enjoy it!

when you use the filter it re-orients the picture to the wrong direction on the iphone. Is there a way to prevent this, or flip the picture back, without downloading it to your computer?

Thanks

We have never experienced such a behaviour but we will investigate it further.

Same problem, and other users, too. 2G iPhone. hurry, the first ratings are the most important ones.

Yes you are right, unfortunately it’s not a trivial problem from the developers point of view.

We have solved the rotation issues and submitted the update to the App Store. It shouldn’t take more than a couple of days before everyone will receive the updated version of Jade for iPhone.

When I move the slider either direction the app switches back to the camera roll rather than making any changes to the image. Apple iPhone 3G.

After launching Jade for the first time it hung and I had to quit it. Second time it worked, however now my iPhone camera app refuses to open!!!

Has anyone had the same problem?

Un-installed Jade to see if camera app would open. It won’t.

Re-installed Jade. Now it won’t open either.
